Graduated from the prestigious French gastronomy school FERRANDI Paris. Styven Charton was formed by Alain Guillemin (from Fouquet’s and Stohrer in Paris), Claude Chiron (from Dalloyau in Paris), Bruno Ciret & La Pâtisserie de Cyril Lignac.
After a career through communication departments, he developed skills in design, marketing and French standard. He is the man who will greet you and will wait on you hand and foot (please, be kind with him ;)).
