Sugar Crêpe

How to do French Crêpes? This is our recipe step by step

Here we are for my first recipe for you!

Do you know Chandeleur? It was this week and I would like to share with you my recipe of French very good Crêpes. Read story here.


  • 55g butter, melted
  • 250g flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 55 cl milk
  • Oil


In a medium-size mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, egg and salt. Gradually add the milk, stirring to combine. Add the butter, melted. Beat until smooth. Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium high heat. Wait 1 hour. Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side. Add Nutella, Sugar, Sirop or what do you like!
