Maison Parisienne's story

A parisian dream...

I am from Brest, I am from Châteaudun, I am from Limoges, we are three friends in their thirties, who decided to open a French café and leave Paris in order to share our gastronomy passion in Chicago.
During 2 years, we developed our shared project, helped by our families and friends. September 2016: let the story begins !


Founder & Pastry Chef

Graduated from the prestigious French gastronomy school FERRANDI Paris.

Styven Charton was formed by Alain Guillemin (from Fouquet’s and Stohrer), Claude Chiron (from Dalloyau), Bruno Ciret & La Pâtisserie de Cyril Lignac.


Founder & CHEF

Daughter of a restaurant owner, she was raised in the French food environment.

She helped her parents during her childrenhood. Passionate about French gastronomy, she did different restaurant experiences to enhance her cooking skills.


Founder & Store Manager

After a career through communication departments, he developed skills in design, marketing and French standard.

He is the man who will greet you and will wait on you hand on foot (please, be kind with him ;)).
