Maison Parisienne's story

A parisian dream...

I am from Brest, I am from Châteaudun, we are two guys from Paris in their thirties, who decided to open a French café and leave Panam in order to share our gastronomy passion in Chicago.
During 2 years, we developed our shared project, helped by our families and friends. September 2016: our story began!

Graduated from the prestigious French gastronomy school FERRANDI Paris.

Styven Charton was formed by Alain Guillemin (from Fouquet’s and Stohrer in Paris), Claude Chiron (from Dalloyau in Paris), Bruno Ciret & La Pâtisserie de Cyril Lignac.

Erwan

Founder & Manager

After a career through communication departments, he developed skills in design, marketing and French standard.

He is the man who will greet you and will wait on you hand on foot (please, be kind with him ;)).
