Dominique Ansel is the French pastry chef of New York who became very successful last year with his Cronut.He will try to do the same with his new creation: the Chocolate Chip Cookie Shot. The new pastry on the block was launched at the SXSW, one of the biggest music festivals in the US, with more than 2,000 artists playing on 90 sites in the region of Austin, Texas.
