Hey Chicago, there’s a new French café in town !

In 2016, Maison Parisienne starts in Chicago with an original café where you will be able to relax and taste a lot of French handmade products.

Are you hungry ? Let’s enjoy some sweet and savory meals ! You will also discover some of the secrets of the French gastronomy.

From our kitchen and using fresh products, we will concoct you a selection of specialties: pastries, croissants, quiches, savory tarts, croque-monsieurs, etc.

At Maison Parisienne, you will be able to enjoy the cozy feeling of being at home or take out & order online all our menu.


Do you want to taste real french croissants?

Today you can buy mass-produced packaged croissants in many grocery stores, but believe us, they are a pale substitute for the real thing. A true French croissant worthy of the name is flaky, buttery, and above all, fresh. If you can’t fly to Paris to get one, do the next best thing and come to Maison Parisienne to find most authentically French croissants in Chicago in September.

To do our real French croissants, we use real imported French butter and flour! Try it!

Maison Parisienne's story

A parisian dream...

I am from Brest, I am from Châteaudun, I am from Limoges, we are three friends in their thirties, who decided to open a French café and leave Paris in order to share our gastronomy passion in Chicago.
During 2 years, we developed our shared project, helped by our families and friends. September 2016: let the story begins !


Styven

Founder & Pastry Chef

Graduated from the prestigious French gastronomy school FERRANDI Paris.

Styven Charton was formed by Alain Guillemin (from Fouquet’s and Stohrer), Claude Chiron (from Dalloyau), Bruno Ciret & La Pâtisserie de Cyril Lignac.

Audrey

Founder & CHEF

Daughter of a restaurant owner, she was raised in the French food environment.

She helped her parents during her childrenhood. Passionate about French gastronomy, she did different restaurant experiences to enhance her cooking skills.

Erwan

Founder & Store Manager

After a career through communication departments, he developed skills in design, marketing and French standard.

He is the man who will greet you and will wait on you hand on foot (please, be kind with him ;)).
